Qualifications
Peter has built skills in how to apply adult learning principles in digital contexts from his Digital Education Masters at Edinburgh University. His dissertation is on use of blended learning to enable change. He gained expertise too in how faith and culture interacts through his Theology Masters at Queens University Belfast. His dissertation is on the implications of the Christian faith crossing cultures.
Peter’s CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development specialises in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, providing strategies for implementation and management of learning within organisations.
Experience
Peter led the training-the-trainers programme for 8 years for educators on Middlesex University Masters programmes at Wycliffe UK. He also empowered international teams from Hope Consultants for 3 years by providing them with digital learning solutions to help them work well together as a team in cross-cultural contexts.
Peter recruited and trained volunteers to provide learning through a Faiths Intelligence programme at Kings Centre Southall. He built Cultural Intelligence skills in staff at Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to let them work well with the diversity of service users in the Borough. He enabled easy evaluation of learning at Harrow Council through implementing a new blended approach to learning delivery there.
