Peter is an Adult / Digital Education Specialist with extensive experience in designing interactive, engaging training in a wide variety of topics with specialist skills in Cultural & Faiths Awareness Training.
He has achieved this in both classroom courses and in e-Learning. He liaises with Subject Matter Experts to create new courses or converts classroom content into digital or extends their effectiveness by blending them with digital.
He has provided consultancy to numerous experts in their field on integrating adult learning principles into how they teach their topic of importance.

Peter employs a methodology based on how learners think when they best learn, in areas such as experiential learning, problem solving, dialogue education and self-discovery. Many are now supported by neuroscience research into how our brains work when we best learn. So truly some Brainy Training Solutions!
Qualifications & Experience
Peter has a Masters in Adult / Digital Education at Edinburgh University, exploring how adult education principles apply in digital contexts. Formerly he completed a Masters in Theology at Queens University Belfast and a City & Guilds 7407 Certificate in Adult Education.
He is a Certified Dialogue Education Practitioner with Global Learning Partners and used this approach to lead the adult education “training of trainers” programme for Wycliffe UK for 7 years, also delivering it internationally on several occasions. He then designed digital training for Hope Consultants for 3 years, converting classroom courses into digital.
More recently, he managed a Faiths & Cultures Awareness training programme at Kings Centre Southall, including training of staff of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to interact well with service users of great ethnic and faith diversity.
