Peter is an Adult Education Specialist with extensive experience in designing interactive, engaging training in a wide variety of topics, or enhancing existing training to be even more effective.

Peter has achieved this in both classroom and digital contexts. He converts classroom courses into digital or extends their effectiveness by blending them with digital.

Peter has provided consultancy to numerous experts in their field on integrating adult learning principles into how they teach their topic of importance.

Peter employs a methodology based on how learners think when they best learn, arrived at by adult education experts over many years and in recent years, becoming verified by neuroscience research.

Experience & Qualifications

Peter is a Certified Dialogue Education Practitioner with Global Learning Partners and used this approach to lead the adult education “training of trainers” programme for Wycliffe UK for 7 years, also delivering it internationally on several occasions. He then designed digital training for Hope Consultants for 3 years, converting classroom courses into digital.

He has been studying for a Masters in Digital Education at Edinburgh University, looking at how adult education principles apply in a digital context. Formerly Peter completed a Masters in Theology at Queens University Belfast and a City & Guilds 7407 Certificate in Adult Education.
